Shipping destinations

LIVZO currently ships to Canada and the United Kingdom.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery

Canada

• Standard shipping: Free — estimated 5–8 business days
• Express shipping: $20 USD or the local-currency equivalent shown at checkout — estimated 1–2 business days

United Kingdom

• Standard shipping: Free — estimated 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched. They are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, public holidays, customs processing, severe weather, incomplete addresses, and carrier delays may affect delivery.

Order confirmation and tracking

You will receive an order-confirmation email after checkout. When tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed after your order ships.

Address changes

If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately at support.livzo@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If your tracking has not updated, your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support.livzo@gmail.com with your order number. Please include photographs when reporting damaged or incorrect items.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Charges that are not collected during checkout may be charged by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
